ODH Begins rule-making process for Indoor Smoking Ban

The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) today began the formal process of adopting enforcement rules for Ohio's nw indoor smoking ban.Draft rules were filed with the secretary of state and the Legislative Service Comission, triggering a 65-day process that provides for public comments, a public hearing and a final hearing before the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (JCARR)
